"جایزه حقوق بشر اسلامی"
1. معرفی جایزه:
جایزه حقوق بشر اسلامی، جایزه ای است که از سوی ستاد حقوق بشر جمهوری اسلامی ایران به مدافعان حقوق بشر اسلامی که از این حقوق به شیوه های نوآورانه حمایت کرده و آن را ترویج می کنند، صرف نظر از دین و مذهب آنان، و همچنین مسلمانانی که حقوق آنان توسط دولت های میزبان نقض می شود، اهداء می شود. این جایزه به یک فرد (زن یا مرد)، سمن، سازمان یا نهاد که نقش مؤثری در دفاع از حقوق مسلمانان ایفاء نموده و یا خود قربانی نقض حقوق بشر می باشند، تعلق می گیرد.
2. معرفی کاندیداها:
معرفی کاندیداها به کمیته اعطای جایزه حقوق بشر اسلامی تا 30 خردادماه هر سال و به طرق زیر امکان پذیر می باشد:
- ثبت و تکمیل فرم های مربوطه از طریق درگاه الکترونیکی ستاد حقوق بشر؛
- معرفی کاندیداها توسط هر فرد، سازمان مردم نهاد یا سازمان های دیگر؛
- بررسی و شناسایی نامزدها توسط کمیته اعطای جایزۀ ستاد حقوق بشر.
3. کمیته اعطای جایزه:
تمامی کاندیداها در کمیته اعطای جایزه مورد بررسی قرار می گیرند. کمیته نهایتاً سه کاندیدا را به رئیس قوه قضائیه به عنوان رئیس ستاد حقوق بشر معرفی می نماید تا برنده نهایی را انتخاب نماید. کمیته مرکب از اشخاص حقوقی زیر خواهد بود:
- دبیر ستاد حقوق بشر به عنوان رئیس کمیته؛
- معاون امور بین الملل ستاد به عنوان دبیر کمیته؛
- معاون فرهنگی قوه قضائیه به عنوان عضو کمیته؛
- معاون امور حقوقی و بین المللی وزارت امور خارجه به عنوان عضو کمیته؛
- رئیس کمیته حقوق بشر مجلس شورای اسلامی به عنوان عضو کمیته.
4. مبلغ جایزه:
برندگان جایزه حقوق بشر اسلامی تندیس برنزی و گواهی اعطای جایزه را به همراه مبلغ 30 هزار یورو دریافت خواهند کرد تا آن را صرف توسعه بیشتر فعالیت های حقوق بشری خود نمایند.
5. زمان اعطای جایزه:
جایزه حقوق بشر اسلامی هر ساله در مراسمی که در 14 مردادماه به مناسبت بزرگداشت روز حقوق بشر اسلامی و کرامت انسانی برگزار خواهد شد و با دعوت از برنده جایزه برای حضور در مراسم، توسط رئیس قوه قضائیه یا دبیر ستاد حقوق بشر جمهوری اسلامی ایران اعطاء خواهد شد.

"Islamic Human Rights Award"
A. Introduction of Award
The Islamic Human Rights Award is awarded by the High Council for Human Rights of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Islamic human rights defenders those who support and promote these rights in innovative ways, regardless of their religions or beliefs. Furthermore, it is awarded to Muslims who their rights have been violated by the host states. This Award is given to individuals, NGO's, and organizations or institutions, which have an effective role to protect the Muslim's rights or to the victims of human rights abuse.
B. Nomination of Candidates
Nomination of candidates to the Award-Granting Committee takes place annually until June 20th as follows:
- Registration and completion all relevant forms via the official portal of the High Council for Human Rights;
- Nomination of candidates through the individuals, NGO's, or organizations;
- Consideration and identification of candidates by the Award-Granting Committee.
C. Award-Granting Committee
All candidates are considered by the Award-Granting Committee. Finally, the Committee suggests three candidates to the President of the Judiciary Power as the Head of High Council for Human Rights to elect the winner. The Committee Members consist of the following legal persons:
- Secretary General for High Council for Human Rights as the Head of the Committee;
- Deputy for International Affairs for High Council for Human Rights as the Secretary of the Committee;
- Deputy for Cultural Affairs for the Judiciary Power as the Committee Member;
- Deputy for Legal and International Affairs for Ministry of Foreign Affairs as the Committee Member;
- Head of the Human Rights Committee of the Islamic Consultative Assembly (Parliament) as the Committee Member.
D. Amount of the Award
Winners of the Islamic Human Rights Award will receive the bronze statue and certificate of Award together with an amount of 30.000 € to expend it for development and promotion of human rights activities.
E. Date of the Granting Award
The Islamic Human Rights Award is granted via invitation of the winner to attend at the ceremony on Islamic Human Rights and Human Dignity Day, August 05th, by the President of the Judiciary Power or the Secretary General for High Council for Human Rights of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

لطفاً اگرتا بحال فعالیت ابداعی حقوق بشری خود را با دیگران به اشتراک گذاشته اید، مختصراً آن را شرح داده و توضیح دهید که این تجربه چگونه مشکلات نقض حقوق دیگران خصوصا مسلمانان را حل کرده است؟
